some suggestions

I have 3 ladies lined up to do a photo shoot for me...we are going to use a friends dads house...he is a custom home builder...so this house is bad ass! Anyway...i want to make sure that I do this right and get the best quality pictures I can...I don't want lighting to be a problem...but I also don't have the money to buy all the proper stuff....is there some makeshift way of setting up some lights?

So far 1 lady has agreed to topless...the other 2 I am 100% sure they will also...maybe more. I am looking for some ideas for them to pose in...I am doing atleast a bubble bath....I was also thinking about one sitting topless with a fedora hat on...a cigar in hand along with a brandy sifter...maybe even a loose necktie on...so Guys...I need some more suggestions....this is a Beautiful house...with amazing detail and probably sell for around 1 million bucks..
